Coaching is a relational process that supports and generates growth, recovery, and

change. That change will always start with you: you are responsible to set the agenda

and choose the goals and actions you wish to take. 

My job as a coach is to draw your

best out of you; and once you’ve set an objective, to help you develop a plan and stay

focused, so you reach it.

Coaching vs Therapy

Therapy, often referred to as counseling or psychotherapy, is primarily aimed at addressing and resolving emotional and psychological issues, mental health conditions, and the healing of past traumas. Therapists work to alleviate emotional distress and improve mental health.

Coaching focuses on the present and future while therapy often addresses the past and mental health issues. Life coaching is primarily focused on helping individuals achieve specific goals, make positive life changes, and improve their overall life satisfaction. Coaches work with clients to identify obstacles, develop strategies, and take action towards their objectives. Coaches work with a wide range of issues, including personal growth, career development, relationships, and overall life balance. Life coaches typically work with clients who are motivated and seeking to make proactive changes in their lives. The coaching relationship is more collaborative, and clients are responsible for setting and achieving their goals.


* It's often beneficial for individuals to consult with both a life coach and a therapist if necessary to address various aspects of their well-being.
